PJ was professional, courteous, and prompt to confirm my reservation, and provided detailed instructions to make sure my move in and lease signing process was as smooth as possible. On move-in day, PJ gave me a thorough tour of the facility and answered my (numerous) questions clearly and efficiently. They also upheld vigilant cleaning procedures to disinfect any surfaces/items that I needed in interact with when I checked in at the office. This was very reassuring for me since I had to move during the COVID-19 pandemic. “This is the best U-Haul store we have ever come in Seattle. We ordered an U-Box to ship to Ohio, and we were late to bring stuffs in on the original schedule. The manager - John - was super nicely changed my schedule, and even extended my truck rent for free. Nicest person we have met working in U-Haul. “The storage company I had been using for over a decade went out of business as the owner is retiring. He suggested I try Simply Self Storage just a few blocks away. I called and arranged a tentative appointment. During my visit the staff made me feel like I was part of their family as they were answering my questions and giving me a tour of the facility where my storage unit was located. The facility was very clean and well lit. Even the bathrooms were spotless. I even watch a maintenance guy patch a small hole in the wall at the loading dock. I didn’t think it was necessary, but it just shows that these people are serious about keeping the place looking nice even though it's an older building. They told me that this building was used to manufacture windows and who knows before that. I was happy that the paperwork was painless and I don’t think I spent more than 30 minutes there. A few days later, I hired Eco Movers to move my stuff from my old storage to the new one so I didn't have to kill my back and knees. The whole moving process went smoothly. I think I'm really going to like this storage company.”

“All of the employees were great. They were attentive, helpful, and explained everything in great detail. I would suggest getting a second floor unit because anyone can walk in and try to access the first floor during the day, but you can only get to the second floor with the elevator, which only opens with a swipe of the security card. There are free carts to help you move your things just outside the elevator. The main store has lots of packing essentials. The location is close to major roads. One thing I didn’t like was that there is only one spot where you can park a large moving truck and then use the ramp. The other two spots you can park a truck, but there isn’t clearance to get the ramp out, so you have to carry things over the gap. It seems as if every day I wanted to move things, the spot with clearance for a ramp was taken.”
