“Collection Mall located in Auburn Washington. I had the pleasure of obtaining exceptional and professional services from Hyacinth on 8.16.22. She went above and beyond taking her time and explaining the products my daughter needed. When I asked for help previously to another worker who I wish I got her name, but she was 4'8- 5 ft, black hair pulled back and mixed. She basically brushed us off and pointed in a large section and walked away. She was trying to avoid helping me, that made me feel as if she didn't want to waste her time on me and that we looked like we were not going to buy anything. When I went up front to see if someone can point me where Anastasia products were. Hyacinth stopped what she was doing (stocking), without frustration, smiled and literally walked us to the product and asked is there anything we were looking for. My daughter never wore makeup before and I have a lighter skin tone vs her darker tone. In which it's harder for me to point out what might work for her, even though I wear makeup. Hyacinth didn't just point us to the direction like her coworker, she took her time helping us match the right color and explaining what might work with her acne as well. when I tell you, she did such a great job, she did a great job. We spent $275 within the store due to all the great advice and customer service she provided. Thank you for all your help Hyacinth, I hope all the workers there can be more helpful like you. Good luck and keep up the great work. Would of gave 5 stars but the other lady was rude.”

I started there with some minimal knowledge from a college class years ago and she has reinforced my understanding of music reading, theory, and playing ability. I am able to look at a piece of music assigned to me and understand the various components that make up a song. She is easily available to answer questions through email or seesaw between lessons and has a huge collection of resources to help all different kinds of learners. I especially love that she focuses on creating a real understanding of the music and a love of music so that her students will continue to explore music they enjoy and will have the ability to interpret it on their own. “Four adults went there for dinner. The atmosphere here was very nice. Lovely decor and candle-lit table. We ordered the antipasto plate, which was a little small and didn’t come with cheese but was still tasty. I ordered the pork belly ravioli with truffle cream sauce. The ravioli pasta tasted quite fresh and it was a delicious filling meal overall. My wife got the morel mushroom tagliatelle which was good but didn’t include many mushrooms. Very cool experience overall”

I work for a large restaurant cooperation and I understand the "supply" issue. There is no issue anymore. I must say, go to any other grocery store and the selection is way better and more consistent. We would shop there more if the had more or better selection. Yes that's how much I love using them. I've always had Todd design my closets. He does so within a day or two - sends me the designs and quickly modifies them if I need some changes. Then after a few weeks the installation happens. The teams have always been great! My last installation was done within a day by a crew of 4 amazing installers. They ensured all details were done well, cleaned up too. And they also filled up the holes left behind when they removed the existing wire shelving. Very good company and very good pricing too!”
