“Roughly 3 months ago I picked up a Mercedes E350 from these guys. I had been looking for about 2 weeks for one that wasn't abused. They were professional and the car was clean as a whistle. It also drove well. I wanted to ensure I wasn't going to have any sudden issues so I asked to take it to the Mercedes dealership and get it checked out. Even though the dealership was all the way in Bellevue they allowed me to take it, no questions asked. On top of that, they didn't push me in any direction to purchase a car from them. I prefer to browse the selection without being bothered and I was left to do just that. I've had one or two issues with it but I think its just typical car stuff that comes up when a car is ready to give you a problem. Overall a good experience and I'd highly recommend Auto Car Zone.”

She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. Plus, I can hear again!”

“Tattoo artist Dylan, is the best of all time. I changed my tattoo ideas 7 times, had him stencil each design and he continued to be so patient, kind, and professional. I finally settled on a 8 by 10 piece of a Albert Einstein portrait. It took 5 hours totals. He provided snacks and water for break. This was my first tattoo and there was no pain at all. I can’t wait to come back for my second. Tattoo virgins, ask for Dylan. Edit**. Cody is awesome too, he’s funny and very welcoming”
