“Very friendly & helpful. I had a scanning project to convert all my old textbooks to searchable PDFs. I had Minuteman cut off the spines of the textbooks for easy scanning. I was worried a commercial machine would cut too close to the text. Minuteman understood my project goal and cut as far away from the text as possible - going so far as to set aside one book where they were concerned the cutting could impact an image. They then asked me what I would like to do with that book. Price was reasonable/very affordable Performance was excellent I initiated the contact via e-mail in the evening and received a response the next morning. I received similar high levels of customer service throughout. Having evenly trimmed books for rapid duplex scanning was well worth the cost (and a massive time saver in terms of document processing). Recommended.”
