“We had an amazing trip that was put together by Unikorn Tours! Even after being to Amsterdam multiple times before, they were able to put together a trip that got me to see a lot of the city and surrounding area that I hadn’t experienced before. It was also planned well for both myself, who had been there before and my friend who was experiencing Europe for the first time. The apartment that they recommended was great, it had a local cafe, good walking distance to everything in and around centrum, and was the perfect place to celebrate Kings Day. Unikorn Tours was great at helping us continue our trip as well. They were a great resource to helping us plan our extended trip to Rome and Venice too. I’d highly recommend using Unikorn Tours to help plan out your fun, event filled trip to Europe!”

My little family of three just moved into Glen Park and I have to say that the staff there ROCK!!! Thy were accommodating, professional, and made our transition into the community painless. After reading into the reviews extensively and I mean like all of them I was a little worried to say the least but literally none of what was said in these were even remotely close to anything I or my family observed and couldn’t be further from the the TRUTH! I say be your own judge because people are always quick to try and speak on something negative but truthfully this place so far has been nothing but a positive experience for my family and I! “I've never had any issues here as far as just purchasing glasses (I go somewhere else for my eye exams). Their glasses are reasonably priced and sometimes they have promotions like 30% off or BOGO 40% Off. You don't have to call to set up an appt, just pick a number and wait to be called. I'm usually in and out of this place and get my glasses 1-2 weeks. They also have a small selection of designer glasses if you're into that! As for the customer service, sure it could be a little bit better as far as interaction goes, but it doesn't really bother me. They're getting their job done and like I said, I'm in and out!”

“I have been a customer at StorQuest Federal Way for over 3 years and there is no way oue relationship would have lasted as long as it did if it wasn’t for the amazing customer service and relations of the manager I met on day one. Cathy has been amazing since the day I moved in. She helped me find the best deal on a larger unit when my family got bigger. She helped preserve to my unit when I forgot to update my billing information. When other staff were unprofessional Cathy made it a safe environment to share my concerns and was always quick in resolving them. I have since moved and wanted to get a unit closer to home but to be honest I enjoy my visits in the office when I come to exchange items and as long as Cathy is here I will remain a steadfast customer.”

All the hygienists are very thorough and make sure that you know what they’re doing, if you should be doing anything differently and if there are any concerns, etc. I can’t even imagine going anywhere else, let alone trusting anyone else with my teeth! “Wow! Beautiful location, grounds, common areas. We loved our room, the bed, the towels, the robes, the soap and bath salts. The restaurant was delicious. The shuttle to the airport was a great perk. “My mom was the first resident at Union Hill Senior Care, and she lived there for over two and a half years until she passed away. I highly recommend it. Delia, Joseph, and all the caregivers took great care of my mom and were able to support her as her needs changed. Delia is an RN, and she always kept me up-to-date on my mom's condition, changes, and when I needed to take action. The updates were always at the right level of detail and the right level of urgency. My mom's day-to-day life was made as interesting as possible depending on her ability to engage. Everyone had great patience to allow her to do as much as possible at her own pace. That is very important as a person becomes more and more dependent. They have activities and entertainment -- a very supportive family environment. I visited several times a week and was able to get to know everyone. The facility itself is beautiful, immaculate, and well-maintained. As great as the facility is, the people are even better. When you are caring for an aging parent, you want to make sure that they have the best care possible. Union Hill Senior Care was one of the best choices that I made for my mom. They made her final years the best that they could be.”
