“During the most difficult time in my husband's life, First Choice Care was there every step of the way! My husband and I received the news in May of 2017 that due to an unfortunate accident he was at end of life. At that moment, I was put in a position of making the decision as to where he would receive the best care for the time he had remaining. After extensive research and touring different facilities I came upon First Choice Care. The owner, Daniela met me at the house herself, provided a detailed tour, answered all my questions with compassion and empathy for the situation. I knew right then, this is where my husband had to stay! Daniela and her staff are incredible! There is nothing they wouldn't do to ensure my husband received the best care, 24/7. They prepared him his favorite meals everyday, brought in a hairstylist to cut his hair and beard every couple of weeks, and provided 1st class care morning, noon and night. They went as far as to arrange transportation to and from the home two days a week so my husband's mother, who was 98 could come visit. Their mission is all about showing compassion and love. Although my husband was only there a few months until his passing, I know in my heart they were two of the best months of his life. They renewed his faith in people. They showed him that everyone matters no matter what their situation. I believe that God led me to Daniela and First Choice care, and for that I will be eternally grateful!”

“The team at Ballard Custom Audio is not just professional, but driven. Willing to work around technical issues, supply issues, and not just deliver, but support the work they do. I had a fair amount of work done on my 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel (5th wheel camera, replacing the tailgate camera, replacing the instrument cluster, replaced the media unit, new tow mirrors, etc...). Some of which was straightforward and easy, some of it was brand new to the team, but they didn't flinch at the idea of tackling something new. On top of this all, getting parts in was a NIGHTMARE, but they worked with me to make sure we were always on the same page as to what was next, when it would happen, and how much it would cost. I cannot recommend Bill and his team more for anyone that wants any upgrades or updates done to their rig for audio, security, additional cameras/options... they seem to be able to do anything.”
