“I owed Mark a good review since my last time opening up an account to rent a storage here. Mark was very helpful, professional, patient, and kind. He explained everything to me thoroughly so it was a smooth check in and move in for me. Today I had to transfer my stuff to a smaller unit and again Mark's service was excellent. He helped explain the transfer process and how it would work for my monthly payment. He also helped me save a one-time admin fee (if i were to do a unit transfer online) by suggesting coming in to do it in person. Besides the great service I have received here, this place is very clean and bright. I would recommend it to anyone!”

It was a challenging time for them, for sure, but the people at TR went out of their way to make them feel welcome and included. This is a beautiful community - the views are gorgeous, the apartments are bright and spacious. Like all other retirement homes, things are tougher due to COVID but the communication and accommodation here have been excellent.”

Anita in the office did a quick map check and put me on the schedule right then. Nathan showed up two mornings later and made the experience as painless as he possibly could. I needed a new distribution box and he walked me through what would happen. Needless to say I could tell you more but, just trust that I don’t like reviews, Nathan dug the thing out, alone, in the pouring rain. He’s truly a stand up person! I go to the office to drop off a cashiers check and get met by Lisa, who I can only describe as family-like. Anita comes out and is the exact person you meet on the phone.. warm. Truly a warm spirit!
