My frustration is not from Veronica and her team, my frustration is from opposing counsel asking for silly and questionable material. NO FREAKING WAY! without Veronica and her team to help guide me through the legal maze, I would have lost everything. Al must be incredibly busy, managing multiple Public Storage locations in the area, but he made time to call me several times to work out a solution. I really appreciated this personal customer service. The on-site manager, Pascale, is incredibly friendly and very fast and efficient. She runs the whole place by herself, and does an absolutely amazing job. The place is spotless. She has also called me several times to ensure that I was well taken care of. I am impressed by Al and Pascale's ability to turn a very negative experience into an incredibly positive one. 5 stars.”

I had two total knee replacements within 7 weeks and he has done a great job getting me through this challenging rehab. He’s very knowledgeable and personable and It’s been pleasure to work with him. I rate him a 5 out of 5 stars. The rest of the therapy team is excellent as well when I’ve worked with others too. Great front desk team too!”

They were recommended by our contractor, who has worked with them for years and found them highly skilled and reliable at a very fair price. We had a bid for almost exactly twice the amount from a large firm that had a gimmick filled sales process. Beware of lowest price roofers too, who use less skilled labor, skimp on details and rush (because crews are paid by piece vs. salaried or hourly like Dave's crew).”

“My father was a carpenter and i've spent a lot of time in the wood shop. I couldn’t make a table like this for the price without pouring 100+ hours into it. You can’t get this type of product for dirt cheap because it's solid wood and they just don’t make em like this anymore. You have to go to a craftsman to get pieces like this. That costs money, usually a ton. We paid about $4k for our table that should be around $10k at one of those fancy galleries”

“I've been coming here since I moved to Seattle in 2014 and don't have a bad word to say about them. I've always had VSP, and from that perspective I've never even seen a bill from them as I just pay the small copay when I come in and they handle the rest. I also had a strange eye condition where contacts caused me extreme redness and itchy, sore eyes, and over the course of 6-8 months went in several times. Each time the front desk was helpful and fast, my appointment was on time, and the doctor really worked hard to help fix my eyes - which he did! I have been seen by both eye doctors in the office and I can say that either of them are great.”
