“I've been practicing at this studio for many years now and couldn't be happier to call it my yoga home. They offer a wide range of classes and styles - something for everyone at every level. My practice has grown and I am challenged in every class. All of the teachers I have worked with have a wealth of knowledge and experience and there is a lot of attention paid to proper alignment and taking care of your body. One of the things I love most is that this is not HOT yoga. If I'm working like I should be, I sweat plenty without over-stretching muscles that are too warm. “Deerfield is an exceptional place - great horses, excellent instruction, and a wonderful community! The youth team is an amazing program that is focused not just on developing extraordinary riders, but also on developing extraordinary young women of character. I wish there had been a program like this that I could have been a part of as a child. As an adult, I started taking lessons once a week two years ago, then started leasing one of Deerfield's wonderful horses and experienced my first horse shows, and finally, last October, Katie helped to find me my very own horse. Ranger now lives and trains at Deerfield and he and I completed our first show season together and are part of the adult "non-pro" team. I have ridden horses throughout my life, but the instruction at Deerfield has been beyond anything I've ever experienced before. I've learned so much about riding and about myself, and I'm so thankful that I found a trainer like Katie and a barn like Deerfield!”

“Wing Dome has a laid-back beach vibe. It has garage door open ventilation, so make sure to go on a comfortable weather day. I had the chicken tenders and waffle fries. (Pictured) They were around ten dollars, filling, and good. The rest of the group got wings with varying sauces and a pitcher of beer. No one had complaints other than the Thai sweet Chilli sauce could have been more favorable. The staff was nice and attentive. This place is good for those on a budget, visiting or staying in the Seattle area.”

“Not necessarily the best foods, but we found plenty quality/tasty items to fill our tummies and more. There are salad bar, soups, roast beef, Mexican, Italian, and Asian sections, as well as American stables. Asian includes Mongolian grill. Clam chowder looked really good. Unfortunately it was very salty. We loved the beef brisket. Very tender. Pork ribs (Wednesdays only) was not the best. Salad bar had cooked shrimp meat. Mongolian grill had nice fresh prawns. Seatings were very comfortable. Service was mostly pleasant, courteous, and attentive. Note the casino allows smoking. Although the smell of smoking was not too bad in the restaurant.”
