(It’s the only one I have had that isn’t just flat and sweet.) -Do you enjoy the complex depths of Sumatra? I think theirs has all the richness and flavor, but not the variability. They learned how to tame the tiger I guess!) -Their Brazil and Columbian both breach the chocolate barrier, with slight hints of stone fruit dipped in decadent darkness! Their Columbian is my favorite!”
