“Someone stole a car and did a hit-and-run on two of my vehicles parked in front of my residence. Trew did the repairs on both, and I could not be happier with the job they did. The office workers were extremely professional and friendly. They handled everything with my insurance, and rental car agency. The repairs were done before the estimated date on both vehicles and I received daily text updates throughout the process. Both vehicles were ultimately restored to original factory condition. There was one minor issue that was discovered after getting my wife's vehicle back, but Trew acknowledged the error and fixed it within a day without hesitation. If you can use them, I would not even consider another body shop.”

“My car started shuddering badly on my way home from work at 3am. The next day I took it down to Bud's first thing in the morning. I explained to Devon the symptoms and that I was in a real pickle as it is my work vehicle. I was afraid it was a transmission problem. Devon almost knew immediately what the problem was and committed to fixing it THAT day! I had a dead cylinder and needed a new ignition coil. Devon call a couple hours later and suggested I replace all ignition coils while he had things taken apart because the coils were due to be replaced anyway and would save me money on labor down the road. Bottom line: my work car was fixed very quickly, very reasonably charged and I'm back on the road. These guys cannot be beat as far as timeliness and service charges! Plus, Devon's just a good guy. I was in a tough spot and he saved my bacon. 🤯”

The mechanics here explained that these kind of shops do a “mosquito” method of changing the oil where a straw sucks out the oil without replacing the filter, etc. My car seems to operate better and noticed that the oil stayed clean longer. “I was driving down the highway and something damaged my windshield pretty decently. My buddy told me about auto glass plus , I used my progressive auto policy and it was one of the most painless things I have done, I called they made me a appointment in a few days at 10am. I pulled in checked in, my car was being worked on within 10 minutes (tops) They estimated the job to take 3 hours so that’s what I planned on, they had my car finished and parked by 11 am, they made sure it had time to cure properly which was not very long at all, once I got in my vehicle I noticed they vacuumed my front floor Mats which let me tell you is something I have been needing to do, I will say I would 10/10 recommend which is something I don’t say often. Now I can get a nap in before work and enjoy a nice clear view”

“Excellent and efficient service. Was able to schedule an alignment easily and quickly, and Liberty Bay did a great job for a very reasonable price. I also asked if they would do a visual check on the integrity of a rust repair done by another shop several years ago to the body frame. They made the visual assessment and gave it a thumbs up. They also offered an assessment of my vehicle’s ball joints (needing repair work in the next year) and a couple other minor items that will require attention down the road. This is the first time I have used Liberty Bay Auto Center, and I will be returning to them for additional service work on my cars.”
