(September 20, 2022, 7:25 pm)I am blown away. Yolanda has been awesome. She is professional, she is prompt, she is friendly, she excels in customer service. I have dealt with over 12 people from various companies on this project. Most of them have lied and given poor to no customer service. Yolanda is the exception, she is a gem, customer service skills inthis day and age almost do not exist. You have a pro, pay her well, do whatever it takes to keep her. She has great customer skills, hard to find. I trust her skills will reflect in the project that I am having your company do. She I trust is a reflection of your company ( I hope).
