I have dealt with over 12 people from various companies on this project. Most of them have lied and given poor to no customer service. Yolanda is the exception, she is a gem, customer service skills inthis day and age almost do not exist. You have a pro, pay her well, do whatever it takes to keep her. She has great customer skills, hard to find. I trust her skills will reflect in the project that I am having your company do. She I trust is a reflection of your company ( I hope).
