Overall great experience purchasing a new tub. Found what I wanted on their website, price was reasonable, no haggling. 2 months later, delivery was flawless (and it was not an easy install!). Had some issues with the heater, but these were fixed as expeditiously as possible by a very experienced technician.
During the back and forth while waiting to get my tub fixed, there were some communication difficulties, and I'll be honest, I wasn't happy at first. However, one of Aquaquip's reps did a master class in what is called "service recovery". He knew I was getting irritated with delays. Didn't faze him, he was patient, listened to my concerns, and said, you know what? You make some good points, I will pass this up to upper management.
I will not name this individual for the sake of his privacy, but if management is reading this, this is the kind of person you want to groom for bigger and better things. Maintaining one's composure when dealing with an irate customer is an extremely valuable skill that can be learned, and it's a skill all businesses should teach to their front-line workers.
Either way, the way this issue was managed reflects great credit upon the company as a whole. Therefore, 5 stars, and you probably have a customer for life!
I would really like to thank my service Technician Jeaneluke for his excellence and quality service. He came over on a service call to fix a temp sensor or flow switch. While replacing that he noticed that one of my pumps was not working properly and was very loud. I had not noticed because it has always been that way since i purchased the spa brand new 2 years ago. He put in an order for the pump and came back a couple weeks late to replace it. My spa is completely different now. The jets are a lot stronger and feel so much better. It is like having a brand new spa. I cant thank him enough for noticing something was wrong and taking the initiative to fix it.
I came in for chemicals for my new inflatable hot tub, knowing nothing about what I needed. Ethan took the time to explain the in and outs, the different options available and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate him taking the time he did.
Great experience with Aqua Quip Spas. This has to be the one stop shop for everyone. The sales staff and support are nothing short of perfect. They sell great Hot Tubs and work with you to make your purchase right. We wavered several times over which spa to buy before settling on the tub we have now and are glad Aqua Quip was here to help us sort it all out. We looked at all the competition and are glad we purchased a Sundance Spa. The setup crew that delivered the spa was very professional.

First day, water is in and temperature hit 99 degrees in the first 12 hours. Our older spa took 24 hours at best. Jets all appear to work well and will be in this evening. Look forward to it. Our friends are jealous.
