It was interesting to see the posted history of Tacoma and how the settlers at the time were trying to discharge the Chinese who had built wealth and Community from their community.
Beautiful and peaceful. Two weddings happened here today! It was remarkably quiet despite it's location. We cannot take our kiddos here because all structures say no climbing but we will be adding it to our date walk list for sure!
Hoped it was bigger but it was a pretty zen experience walking amongst the stations. Good for you Tacoma. Very pretty.
Beautiful park with historical significance - read signs along the walk to learn while enjoying the thoughtful layout, bridge, pagoda, and sculptures. Parking is somewhat hidden down a lane that runs parallel to Ruston Way, so don’t give up if you don’t find the lot right away.
We had fun exploring this park lots of information on some of the large posters and beautiful views I imagine if it was a sunny day it would have been even better
