Bailey is down-to-earth, so warm and welcoming, and incredibly talented at her work! I had never had lash extensions before, and she took the time to explain every question I had, go over details I wouldn’t have thought to consider, and more! Bailey is amazing! I have very sensitive skin and was a bit apprehensive about having adhesive so close to my eyes. But from the beginning, Bailey’s professional and caring demeanor impressed me. She walked me through the steps, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and checked in with me frequently – so I never felt like I was not ‘in control’. And at the end of the appointment, I had these beautiful, natural looking lashes.

When I went to work, a number of people commented on how nice I looked and how much they liked the way I did my make-up that day – but I wasn’t wearing a stitch of makeup. The extensions were just that transformative. And my lashes have lasted a surprisingly long time. Even after 10 weeks, I’m still benefiting from that appointment. Easy Booking
After viewing Bai's impressive portfolio and glowing reviews, I booked an appointment for a classic eyelash set. Booking was fast and easy, and you can even book by texting (super helpful if you're on the go).

First Step: Custom Eyelash Consultation
When Bai introduced herself, I immediately noticed her polished, doctor-like appearance. She takes her work seriously, and it shows in her white lab coat and professional demeanor.

During my first appointment, Bai sat down with me to custom design my lashes. I have never experienced that before with eyelash extensions, so I appreciated this extra level of care and communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Bai explained the various eyelash styles, showed me pictures of each style (down to the eyelash length for each eyelash), and helped me select the perfect style for the look I wanted to achieve. A true pro, she was able to help translate the vision in my head into reality!

The Eyelash Experience
After the consultation, Bai walked me into a relaxing massage room, where she stocks goodies such as collagen shots, chocolates, and healthy snack bags. She asked me what kind of music I'd prefer, and set the music to that station. Everything is tailored to the customer's taste, creating a unique, relaxing experience.

I laid on the comfortable massage bed, where bed warming options were available (in addition to plush blankets). After having experienced some freezing cold salons, I much appreciated these options!

Once Bai starts working on your eyelashes, you have the option to relax and doze off or to speak with her, if you're the chatty type. Again, Bai tailors the experience based on your own individual desires.

Eyelash Results
After working on my eyelashes for three hours, Bai gently removed the tape off my bottom eyelids, and puffed some air onto my eyes to cool them down. She then handed me a light up mirror, where I could examine her work.

If there's anything you want changed, Bai encourages you to speak up, and leaves time for changes during the first couple of appointments.

Not only were my eyelash extensions beautiful and symmetrical, they also stayed on very well -- and I am not as gentle with my lashes as I should be!

Bai's technique prevents awkward eyelash gaps in between fills, so you can easily go two+ weeks of maintaining beautiful lashes. I've gotten two fills since my initial classic set, and I have another appointment booked two weeks from now.
