“I applied online and got approved for a debit card. Upon the cards arrival, the account was closed. Within 30 minutes I came into this branch and was told I needed to make an appointment with a personal banker. The next day I met with David Meritt about my account. He waited on hold and eventually spoke to a representative. He then created me a new account, and I now have no issues. I usually don't write 5 stars for people doing their job, but he made me feel really great about my decision to finance with Chase. The tellers my last 2 days at this location have made me feel judged and poor (even though I am NOT). I got nothing but glares, eye rolls, and ugly looks for doing nothing but waiting to be helped.. I don't appreciate this kind of treatment by women. Women should support women. But David made me feel very comfortable and I could tell he cared about me as more than just a customer.. You are my car buying hero !”
