The office was able to get us in as an emergency patient the very next day and there just are not enough good things I can possibly say about the whole experience. Every person in that office - reception, assistants, techs and Dr. Chien himself were all just amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. They very quickly diagnosed the problem and realized I would need to go see a specialist to have it taken care of. Within minutes I already had a referal to the new location and an appointment for that morning. After the work at the specialists was finished, there was some finishing work Dr. Chien needed to do and the entire experience was just fantastic. Little things that add up - caring about who you are and your day and how you're feeling, being extra careful to avoid causing any unneeded pain or discomfort at any time, even if it means being a few minutes slower, etc. I'm very glad we found the office.”

“It’s funny how things work out. About 8 years ago I stumbled onto this gym and was curious so I stopped by and chatted with David, he was very welcoming and down to earth. He told me about his approach to fitness and coaching style and it seemed like the perfect gym for me but for whatever reason it took me another 6 years before I returned to actually take my first class. At age 51, and with chronic back pain and mobility issues from an injury in my 20’s, I started working out at CrossFit Gig Harbor 3 days a week with the hope of improving mobility and my level of fitness. I had no idea it would become my home away from home. I can’t remember the last day I missed; it’s my daily shot in the arm and my fitness level is far beyond what I ever expected. I’m at the gym 5-6 days a week now and it has changed my life and reset any preconceived ideas about what life after 50 should be.
