“Just picked up 2 pieces, my Grandfather's shell backed chair and a 6' couch. Both pieces were impeccably reapholstered and refurbished. The couch had cushions,batting and foam replaced as well as a spring. After speaking with the owner i chose a firmer foam for the coshions. The couch is now more comfortable than when I first bought it. The chair is at least 50 years old and needed its' springs resecured, and a wiggly arm. The seet no longer sags to the front of the chair and the arm is solid. It is better than I can ever remember in my lifetime. The selection of fabrics took me a good hour due to the sheer number of options. I got to explain what I was looking for and what I wanted for the end product. The owner worked with me and was extremely honest with expectations, cost and deadlines. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for this type of exceptional product and service.”

“If you've shopped around for carpet then you know Carpet One in Sumner is the winner for quality and value. We shopped around, got 4 bids and the clear choice was Carpet One Sumner. Heather Reese came out and measured our home, talked about the style we chose and within a couple of weeks (during uncertain times for deliveries) we had beautiful new carpet installed throughout our home. The installers Branden and Brian came out on a Wednesday and did two rooms, Thursday did three rooms and the hallway. Friday finished up with three rooms and the stairs. AND they moved everything out of the rooms. Due to my bad back, I wasn't able to help move furniture or the boxes. This kind of flexible schedule allowed us the ability to not have to move everything out of our home to get new carpet. Branden and Brian were prompt at 8am each morning. I've never seen this large of a home project, go so smooth and quick. The quality of the install, and the carpet speaks for themselves. The noise was annoying but the smell was horrendous. Firewall Pest Management came to the rescue and removed the nesting and compassionately relocated the the chicks without harming them. The team went above and beyond to ensure the entire area was cleaned/disinfected and installed a vent cover to prevent it from occurring again. Would highly recommend them to others in the area with this same issue.”
