Once this was discovered and the vacuum was retrieved, the staff (in Tacoma) were very polite and professional. They took care of the problem and had it shipped to the correct address. My mother is very happy and amazed with her new Miele. The in store repairman was also very accommodating in doing maintenance work on my personal Miele and had it looking like new when it was returned to me.”
