My vacuum was shipped to the wrong address.This error didn't occur at the store but at the distribution center. The staff had all the information correct at the store. Once this was discovered and the vacuum was retrieved, the staff (in Tacoma) were very polite and professional. They took care of the problem and had it shipped to the correct address. My mother is very happy and amazed with her new Miele. The in store repairman was also very accommodating in doing maintenance work on my personal Miele and had it looking like new when it was returned to me.

Ryan was very informative and no pressure.. I purchased a Sebo and it’s the best vacuum I have ever owned I highly recommend going in and checking out all there high quality vacuums
