Guitar Center

I had a great experience at this guitar center location. When I asked a closer store by my house when I could expect my guitar to be finished being set up, they couldn't give me an answer. They said it'll be done when I can get around to it and it depends on how many guitars are before mine. That's not an answer, not to me anyway but when I called the Tacoma store, a man named Ron said he could have it done while I waited for probably a half hour and that sounded really good to me. I needed an additional guitar set up as well so I brought both of my electric guitars in to see if I could get that one taken care of too and within an hour they were both done, and guess what? they both play perfectly and I couldn't be happier! There is a great gal named Serenity who showed me the teaching facilities and answered all my questions about music gear and equipment which a lot of it was on sale so it was hard for me to leave without buying something! I highly recommend going to the Tacoma Guitar Center. It sure was the best decision I've made in a while!

I just can’t ever get my Bass tuned correctly and as I am always embarrassed to tell him do he never once has made me feel bad. He just says “put it up here” and then he works his magic!
The only negative is when I signed up for lessons I didn’t feel that I got what I paid for. The instructor who I will not name did not seem organized and kind flip flop from one method to another and as a brand new bass player that just confused me which I could tell frustrated him.
But that was the only incident and I have been going there for two years now.

Ron the guitar tech did an amazing tune up on my 77 Ricky. These are not easy to work on, but his knowledge and attention to detail was definitely top shelf. Going to take my other Ricky and the rest of my guitars and basses back for love ❤️
