“My wife and I were introduced to Douville Home Group through a family member who had just purchased their first home in Tacoma earlier this year. Tacoma lifers with proven success in a competitive market, as well as experience building and renovating, they had an answer to every question - and I ask too many questions. We felt completely at ease making decisions virtually with John’s transparent and direct approach. He struck the perfect balance of advising without pressuring and encouraging without sugar-coating. In the end, we passed on our first two considerations and closed on our first offer (in our preferred neighborhood, *and* with a full inspection), despite the highly competitive spring market. We’ve been settled a month now and are in love with our home and neighborhood. In a hectic season of life, John and Catie took the stress out of home buying. We really can’t recommend them enough.”
