We needed to have three shut off valves replaced. James was very responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was very quick to schedule us in and alerted us ahead of time that he needed to adjust his arrival time a little. I appreciated that he communicated so well and so promptly. The work was done perfectly and very quickly! I'm quite pleased and will definitely be using them again in the future.
