“These guys are great! The glass over one of the cameras on my galaxy note 20 ultra got fully punctured. I called them up and told them what was wrong. The gentleman checked and had the replacement part in stock. I came in the next day, dropped my phone off, and it was ready in roughly an hour. On top of that, it didn't cost much at all. “From the first time we met Roger to look at a C&C 34, we felt we'd found a great resource in our quest for our family sailboat. He is personable, honest, and generous with his time and knowledge.Though that particular yacht wasn't for us, he spent another hour to talk to us about our needs and show us a few more boats around the marina--even some that weren't for sale but that we might want to keep our eyes open to find from other brokers. About a week later, we noticed a new listing at Port Gardner Yachts and called immediately. This time we reached Roger's partner, Marty. He agreed to show us the Irwin 35.5 Citation that afternoon. We were immediately smitten and dropped an offer that very day. Like Roger, Marty is a gem of a guy and as gregarious and generous as they come. In short, Roger and Marty have been amazing partners in making this dream come true for us--mentoring us through the process, introducing us to local marine service providers, and even getting the boat hauled out for us after we owned it so some fiberglass repairs could be accomplished in our absence at Lakota Marine. To cap it all off, Marty--once an accomplished sailor on the Rolex circuit--has even agreed to take us out for a cruise and give us some pointers on our new boat in exchange for sharing a meal with my family afterward. “A friend of mine told me to contact Steve at Everett Yacht Sales when he heard that I was selling my boat. I figured that it would be a very hard boat to sell because there are no boats comparably equipped and I wanted top dollar for my boat. My first contact was with Nick nice person but younger and I really didn’t like what he told me about what needed to be done to prep my boat for listing (totally different than what I thought needed to be done) I told my friend about my experience and he said deal with Steve. I met Steve at my boat we went over everything and he told me the same thing that Nick had said but he also put it with the caveat I didn’t have to do anything and any boat will sell if the price is low enough but if I wanted and easy sell do it his way I decided to listen to him and got the boat in the condition he wanted it in. “I had the pleasure of using Divine Protection several years ago and they were great then. We bought a new house and needed a new home security and alarm system put in. Since we had such a pleasurable experience last time, I thought I'd see if they were still in business. Aaron answered promptly and I couldn't believe it but he remembered exactly who I was. Now that's customer service. He was on the phone with another client and asked if he could call me right back. About 5 minutes later Aaron called back and we got down to business. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and even offered to install the camera system we purchased through Costco. Since we couldn't find a good alarm system we just decided to buy from him. He got us scheduled quickly and was out when he said he would be. You can tell Aaron loves what he does, he is through and doesn't play around, he is all business. He got are systems installed within a couple of days. He took the time to train us properly and answered all the questions we had, which was a lot. This was a couple months ago now. I had a question today so I called Aaron back and again he answered right away and addressed my question and even gave us some other pointers on how to utilize the systems to there fullest extent.
