The property is older, which comes with quirks, but maintenance and management have been quick to respond to/resolve any issues. There have unfortunately been a number of vehicle break-ins within the last few months; as someone who has worked in the security field as well as property management, I understand that crime prevention of that sort is extremely challenging. The only challenge we have faced is getting uphill during the winter, as the one road in/out of part of the property can freeze over. However, the location and nearby area is safe, the neighbors are friendly and caring, and current management shows/puts in effort-which is very rare to get all those aspects. For folks of all walks looking for a good place to live, I would recommend it.”

Management is professional and kind, the property is well kept, dog friendly, & there is a nice little trail that runs through the facility. The units are modern and look great. There is a nice gym for residents as well. Location is perfect - all major grocery stores and outlets are nearby, & if you do a lot of commuting for work like myself then you will be pleased with the short commute to I5. I cannot say enough good things about Monterra. If you are looking for an apartment with nice amenities and an excellent location, look no further. & you can expect all of your questions to be answered by the two 2 gals in the office. They have been great to deal with an know what they are doing 😀 UPDATE: I ended up moving due to work circumstances but I still would not hesitate to tell you go ahead and move here! These apartments are excellent and the management team is outstanding!”
