I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store. “I cannot express how amazing our experience has been with all the staff here. My son is 6 and had his first successful dental visit this week. He has refused to let anyone even look in his mouth for years. Our most recent visit to a family dentist ended with him running out of the building and into the parking lot. 😔 We went to Bothell Everett Kids Dentistry yesterday and again today. It was a night and day difference. He let them do a full cleaning yesterday and then today he had two cavities filled! I'm still in shock at how cooperative he was and how comfortable the hygienist made him feel. She was outstanding. My son was looking forward to going back for the cavity fillings today, talking about how he was excited to see them again (the hygienist and doctor). He even chose a specific shirt for the occasion. He also asked the receptionist if he can come back tomorrow for his next cleaning. 🤣 ❤️ I really just can't say enough. I'm so blessed to have found this place and to have the staff take such good care of my baby. ❤️”
