Placing her there it was the best decision we ever made; they treated her like family and made sure her every need was met. They went above and beyond what they were paid to do, they took her regularly to get her manicures and pedicures, they took her for drives and out for lunch, and they made sure she was comfortable to the very end. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an adult family home for their loved one. “I am honored to express my gratitude and praise for the staff and facility at Cedar Heights Adult Family Home. Finding this home for my mother, after a unexpected stay in a rehab facility, was a God sent gift. The staff are so caring and careful. Emanuel, the owner, is up to date with every need and requirement to keep the staff and residents safe. It is a great comfort to know that someone is watching over her 24 hours a day and that she is one of six residents and not one of dozens. The home always looks clean, safe and well cared for. The residents have all looked well dressed and comfortable on the few occasions I have been able to visit. The pictures of the holiday meals made me wish I could have joined them. Also, it was a great relief to hear that Mom was able to return to her room at Cedar Heights immediately after a hip replacement surgery. The staff was able to give her all the care she needed for recovery. I have had telephone updates from visiting PT and RN caregivers and they both said that "the staff is doing an amazing job with her rehabilitation and you should feel blessed to have her in this outstanding facility." What a great thing to hear!”

“I called in an desperate effort to get labor started after I have been 5 days over my due date already. They offered they could see me the same or next day and even sent me an email with helpful pressure points to try. I went in the day after I called and it was a very friendly, clean and inviting environment. I brought my 21 month old daughter with me (had no babysitter) and she got toys there to play and was allowed to sit next to me the whole time. I got acupuncture for inducing labor (They will only do that if you're overdue!) And it seemed to work great for me! My appointment was on Tuesday at 11a.m. and I went into labor Wednesday 1a.m. and had a easy labor. Tank you!!”
