“The first time I used Fischer was 14 years ago, He rebuilt the drivers seat in my van. It is the most comfortable seat in any of my vehicles. It looks and feels great 14 years and 112,000 miles later. You would never guess the seat had been rebuilt. Last year he repaired the back adjustment on the seat which was slipping. Excellent quality work, reasonable price, and a friendly great guy to deal with. I very highly recommend.”

“This place is great We were out of state and out front driver's side tire kept losing air so we pulled over to check it out that when we saw it was almost flat. So we went to the closest tire place possible. We have been to a Les Schwab before but that was in Bakersfield. This one is better. The people are so friendly and the place was so clean even the bathroom was clean which really surprised me because most shop bathrooms are not exactly clean if you know what I mean. It wasn't to long of a wait plus they have a nice place to sit while you are waiting. Just like that our tire was fixed. Turns out we had a crack in our aluminum valve stim that was leaking pretty bad. They quoted use it would cost $20.00 but when we went to pay they told us no change. Which brightened our day because up until then the hadn't went as we planned. So we would just like to say thanks and to let other people know that they treat you right and do great work there.”

They may be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Plus, they come to you, which is a big plus. It took two weeks to get the tech out for service from the date I called. Last year it took 6 weeks to get my trailer into the dealer shop, then it took 6 weeks to have them complete warranty work completed. I will continue to use this company.”

We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. “I got an oil change so my son and his family could take my jeep over the mountains to eastern Washington. When we got them all ready to go, on their way out the engine light came on and it wouldn't go above 3000 rpm or about 29 MPH. I called Trevor, he said he would review the footage and call me back. when he called me back he reported everything looked fine on the video, he was concerned about the engine code so he offered to come out to my home and check out my jeep, I told him I was doing a test drive to see what the jeep was doing so he asked me to bring it back in for him to check. Once I was back at the shop Trevor checked everything out reported no leaks noted everything was tight and secure as it should be. Trevor then checked the code for the engine light "Oil pressure sensor" he had his team completely redo the Oil change and filter to ensure their was no problems once completed he cleared the code and had us drive around for a bit to check to see if the engine light came back on. I have used them for most of my Oil changes on all my vehicles in the past and trust them now more than ever with my vehicles and the safety of my family.”
