There have unfortunately been a number of vehicle break-ins within the last few months; as someone who has worked in the security field as well as property management, I understand that crime prevention of that sort is extremely challenging. The only challenge we have faced is getting uphill during the winter, as the one road in/out of part of the property can freeze over. However, the location and nearby area is safe, the neighbors are friendly and caring, and current management shows/puts in effort-which is very rare to get all those aspects. For folks of all walks looking for a good place to live, I would recommend it.”
