“I have been having issues with a PTZ camera not communicating with its controller for 10 weeks. Had been using RS232 to Ethernet adapters as per the manufacturer's instructions and nothing worked even after trying two different sets of adapters and two different CAT6 cables. I'd worked with Definitive Audio in Seattle in the past with excellent results and found Advanced Audio was connected and much closer so gave them a try. Long story short, I contracted with Victor to help me with installation of the new high end equipment and he did an outstanding job of both installing, trouble shooting and ensuring everything was operating as we wanted. This would have taken me at least five times as long to do and my results would have not been as well tuned. Victor is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and enjoyable to be around. Would highly recommend him if you're serious about ending up with a GREAT system.”
