“5 stars for the bakery - nowhere else in Monroe (at least outside Main St) has daily (twice daily sometimes) fresh-baked, FRESH bread from an in-store bakery. It's so much better tasting than the packaged/brand name loaves. The Italian loaf is my favorite, but today they also had garlic & herb French loaf. And they sell it sliced and unsliced. The bakery staff are really nice and helpful. Because it's fresh bread, it will go stale after one or two days. This is kinda what I want as it means it's not full of random emulsifiers and stabilizers to keep it "fresh" for weeks on end (like the branded loaves in the normal supermarket aisle).”

“So I will say this place has amazing people working there. I will also say that this work is extremely demanding physically tempers will run High. But everyone's there for the same goal. I will also say from a formal employee standpoint if you are going to choose to work here be ready to be in so much pain for the first 2 weeks. Whatever you do do not call out or try to go home you will be fired. The work is super hard as of the time of the post they will start you at 16.75. Don't do what I did and going there thinking you can do the work and then not be able to and quit the next day it's a waste of yours and their time so do you want to apply here. YOU WILL HURT BAD.”

“I am your average home owner who doesn't know too much about home improvements but I am glad I stopped by this store. I have some 2x4s on my fence that are dislocated and I want to fasten them back to the fence post, but didn't know what's the best way to do it. So I stopped by Ironmill and asked for recommendations which they freely gave and sold me the proper hardware to get the job done. Their hardware person even went through the trouble of locating a box of deck screws that are brown in color so that it will match the color of my 2x4s. Very impressed. Service is fantastic and this will now be my go-to store for any hardware I need.”

“I've used this Home Depot a few times in the last 6 months and it's probably my favorite one I've ever been to. It's clean and well stocked. It's not local to me but I have property on the Olympic Peninsula and this is the closest to it. I have been to so many different HD in WA and this one is by far the best I've been to. I can't comment on the service much but I bought a grill there 4th of July weekend and they were very helpful and quick so I have no complaints.”
