Debbie is a superstar who is incredibly helpful, upbeat, and knowledgable, and puts a smile on my face every time I interact with her. Honestly, she could teach customer service training seminars--she is that good. Likewise, Caitlin in the Paint Department is also a rock star and has exhibited such extraordinary patience with me in helping me navigate even the most peculiar, kooky painting projects that I dream up, and helped me with color selection when I was feeling indecisive. Bonnie in paint has also been super helpful in answering many of my very specific paint questions. I special ordered all my paint from Ace when I painted my house exterior and they were amazing throughout the research and purchase process. Ace was already awesome before Covid, but since the pandemic started and I've needed to be extra cautious about limiting my in-person interactions due to an autoimmune disorder, they have been absolutely amazing--answering all my questions over the phone and going out of their way to offer me curbside pickup and a streamlined process of socially distanced shopping. I'm so grateful, and I will continue to support Ace as much as possible.”

“I can't believe how great the paint section of this store is. We first bought Benjamin Moore paint in Monroe -- black paint for a wall and white primer. We'd never painted a wall black before (it was for a customer's bar wall). The people working at the paint store in Monroe didn't say a word about using gray primer under black, which means we had to paint two coats of black. Luckily we came to Duvall Ace (near job site) to buy the second quart of black from an employee who has worked there for 15 years! He told us to next time use gray primer and we'll only need one coat of black. If we'd gone to him first we would have saved a day of extra driving and painting plus $ for another quart. See how TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE employees save you money & time?! At least customer service is alive and well in Duvall!”
