Before training with Reese I was timid and nervous stepping foot in a gym and had no idea where to even begin. Reese taught me proper form and safety while weight lifting and encouraged me along the way. She provided me with a specialized meal plan that was easy to follow with tons of options! With Reese’s help, I was able to lose 20lbs and over 25 inches. Reese is super personable and easy to get along with, but will also kick your butt into gear when it’s time to lift. “My mother spent several years in their long-term care wing and was treated very well. The staff were attentive and called whenever they needed direction on her care or had recommendations. They also took her for outside doctor appointments as needed. Then early this year, my mother's health was failing badly at 91 and was moved to their Hospice wing. As I live across the country, this was the period when I spent the most time at the Kline Galland facility and got to see the day-to-day workings, as well as get to know the staff, close up. I was extremely impressed and thankful for the care the kind staff (e.g., Marna, Kayla, Angelica, Kelly, Jennifer and many others) provided. Thank you so very much for providing such loving care to a frail (and sometimes difficult!) woman. ♥”
