“UPDATE: I take back a lot of what I said. I’m so impressed with how Peterson Chevrolet has handled my situation, I will absolutely buy another vehicle from them. And that says a lot because I’m in Utah with several other dealerships very close to me and it’s a five hour drive to Boise. They have sincerely apologized for not filling up the gas tank, something they normally do and have made up for it. Not only did they help me receive the GM accessories I was supposed to get, but they’re also having them shipped to a dealership that is local to me. I’ve honestly never dealt with a more transparent dealership and I would highly recommend them. Huge thanks to Christian, Rob and Andrew for taking care of me. I love my truck! Purchased brand new truck, gas tank was empty. Was supposed to receive $1000 in GM accessory credit. Still waiting for Andrew to call and explain how I will receive my credit. I was really happy with my purchase until afterwards when I didn’t receive all that I was supposed to. Kind of feels like once you sign the paperwork, they’re done with you.”

She was very patient and distracted me so well that the whole process was done super quick. I wish every nurse was like her because I would be far less scared if I had support like that every time.
