“They never ordered my prescription/informed of a back order. When i called to check on it, i was left on hold for 20 minutes until after they closed. While this was a bad experience for me, i chose to write a positive review because i appreciate them being there and i could see the frazzled situation behind the counter but they were still doing their best. The people in this pharmacy are over worked and under staffed. I put in a prescription Friday and they did not stock the item. It was an emergency situation where I needed blood clot injection medication and luckily I had a few injections from a prior blood clot. anyway, the pharmacy tech said they would have it on monday. It is now tuesday and i was left on hold past the time they closed. i choose to believe that wasn’t done intentionally.”

I never write reviews, but I feel like with the exceptional customer service that was delivered but Chad I had to speak up! Chad was great, he's knowledgeable when it comes to parts, he’s knowledgeable about the warranties, and he did not leave me with a headache like some of the others at this store. “I was nervous about coming here because of some of the reviews and because sometimes places that accept Medicaid have poorer reputations. There was no basis for my worries though. Both assistants that worked with me were very friendly and everything was very clean and sanitized. The equipment seemed new, and the dentist was very nice. Everyone was gentle and my teeth feel great. Full mouth of X-rays, cleaning and fluoride, no cavities or upselling. Great experience, would recommend!”
