It is a great way to end the week, and when they have events on Sundays (ceromonies, half day retreats, etc), it is the perfect way to start the week! The nuns and volunteers always welcome you with a warm smile, they are a very delightful and helpful group of practitioners :) The classes are not like your typical lecture, they are easy to follow and the head nun is very funny and makes it very enjoyable! The meditation is very calming and effective :).”
