We took kickboxing classes with Flavia and Axel and they were both so welcoming and fun. During class they circled through the students and also gave us pointers with our technique. The gym has an unpretentious, inclusive, community vibe. The students all know each other and Axel was planning a potluck for everyone. My work takes me around the country a lot and I've not seen another gym quite like this - most kickboxing gyms of this caliber feel more corporate and dispassionate. If I'm ever back through the area I will definitely come back here!”
