“Hi, We have been living in Montrose apartments since last 5 years and feeling much satisfied and happy as the property is clean and near to anywhere you need go like school ,Banks , Kfc,Pizza Hut,Mc Donald,Hospital,ect ect all on walking distance.Let me take my hats off to the current manager Carolyn,who has been keeping the property clean and tenants happy , Here i would suggest that if you are planing and looking for decent accommodation don't give a second thought,just move in if apartment is vacant.My daughter has been living here since 2006 and fully satisfied, Property manager been looking after the property very well and always on the move to rectify the problems if anyone has, In the end i give montrose a 4 stars for living. “I am a renter with Apple property management. I found the house online and received a quick response. From the time I view the house, until move in, it wasn’t more than two weeks, which was amazing because I was anxious to move. The house was much bigger than our last place, afraid of unknown utility usage, Lisa was upfront with the averages the last family paid, which comforted me so I knew what to expect. I’ve had a few minor issues (100 year old house) but she always had someone in within days.”

“Frank did a great job on the inspection of our new home. He took care to make sure I understood each issue. I was pleasantly surprised when Frank arrived slightly before the schedule time. He explained throughly what he would inspect and what he’s not allowed to inspect. Frank welcomed me following him around during the inspection and answered all my questions completely. During the inspection Frank even checked the small stuff, noticing cracks in the tile, screw missing in outside faucet, and a vent that was dusty. He also went up into the attic discovering some thin insulation and that furnace hadn’t been cleaned in years and needed servicing. I was impressed that he examined the ceiling in each room for signs of water leaks by inspecting the surface closely with a flashlight. He then inspected with a thermal camera looking for possible dampness. He then inspected with a second camera to discover the possible leak was actually an area that didn’t have enough insulation. I’ve never seen a home inspector be that through. After the inspection Frank sent a detailed report including pictures with everything he found. He also included suggestions of how to correct each problem.”

“I’ve only lived in 5 different apartments since I moved to Vancouver but by far living at the Monterey Apartments has been the absolute best experience I have had. The management for one are all really nice, and understanding. Very down to earth and genuinely good hearted and helpful. Maintenance is quick and easy, they WANT to fix any problems you may have unlike others. They are always doing upkeep which goes to show how much they care about their building and tenants. They allow basically any change to the apartment, just not on the outside of the building of course. Trash is never overloaded. I could go on but you should just check it out for yourself! A++ rating from me”

“My husband and our two pups have lived here at The Pointe for 2 years now. It has changed management while we have been here and both sets of staff members have always been friendly and accommodating. Since the property has changed hands the property is improving in cleanliness and attention to detail. We have enjoyed our time living here and the location is perfect for us since we both need access to the highway to get to work. The location is perfect for someone who wants access to everything. The parking can be challenging at times if you get in late but a little walking never hurt my feelings. If you're looking for an apartment in Vancouver definitely give this place a shot.”

“Woodlake management is super helpful with anything you need as far as they are able (they must abide by fair housing laws and they do so.) They give you options for whatever you need help for. Maintenance is on top of fixing things in the apartment. Freeway may be close, but you can really hear it. Close to a dog walking trail but even if you don't have a dog, it's nice to go on.”
