“We had the pleasure of staying at Gig Harbor RV Resort for 3 months during a travel nursing contract in the area. This is a fantastic place to stay. It's quiet, safe, and beautiful. The grounds are kept up very well, the laundry facility is nice, and staff is so kind. Jenna, the manager, made us feel so comfortable and welcome. They are so helpful and accommodating and communicative. We travel with 2 kids and 2 dogs, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Also, being in the heart of Gig Harbor, it's an easy walk to the downtown area where you can enjoy all kinds of fun activities, food, and shops. There is a beautiful 6 mile walking trail right across the street too. Also, any grocery store/target/Home Depot/Costco needs you might have are within a couple miles as well. It really does have it all, and we miss it already! If we have a chance, we will absolutely stay here again. If you're in the area, we highly recommend a stay here, short term or long term, you'll enjoy it!”

After some nightmare experiences with other apartment complexes and condo management companies, it’s been such a relief to be in a community where communication is easy, problems are solved, neighbors are friendly and we feel content. Kacie with management has been extremely helpful from the get go and she’s always quick to respond via email or telephone. Maintenance is also incredibly respectful and hard working. Avalon is also good bang for the buck! I highly recommend.”

“Dafna and Shannon are very knowledgeable on the marketplace and helped us determine the right price point to sell our home. They prepped us well and held our hand when we would waiver. The house ended up selling right where we wanted. This was not an easy sell for two reasons, the price point and the pandemic had just kicked into gear. They had good systems in place to keep us informed every week of views and comments from each showing. Most importantly, they did not delegate the open houses to others who were not as familiar with the highlights of our home. While I was a bit hesitant to use a broker unknown to either of us and not a referral, they lived up to their name and we truly felt part of a team, The Cascade Team.
