“I highly recommend St. Luke School! When deciding on where to send my children for school, the education was a very important factor but I also was looking to find a school that educated the whole person and had a community feel. Five years later, St. Luke School has exceeded my expectations. The teachers challenge my children and are extremely encouraging which has allowed my children to push themselves out of their comfort zone and flourish. The staff at the school (including the principal) know all of the children at the school which is remarkable. From the robotics club, chess club, cooking classes, spelling bees, the global reading challenge, choir to sports and field trips to see plays and volunteer at the SVDP food bank, my kids are being exposed to a large range of activities and are loving school! There is a sense of community at the school among the kids and the parents and many fun school events that get parents involved.”

“I'm a dust bowl refugee, Just a dust bowl refugee, From that dust bowl to the peach bowl, Now that peach fuzz is a-killin' me. 'Cross the mountains to the sea, Come the wife and kids and me. It's a hot old dusty highway For a dust bowl refugee. Hard, it's always been that way, Here today and on our way Down that mountain, 'cross the desert, Just a dust bowl refugee. We are ramblers, so they say, We are only here today, Then we travel with the seasons, We're the dust bowl refugees. From the south land and the drought land, Come the wife and kids and me, And this old world is a hard world For a dust bowl refugee. Yes, we ramble and we roam And the highway that's our home, It's a never-ending highway For a dust bowl refugee. Yes, we wander and we work In your crops and in your fruit, Like the whirlwinds on the desert That's the dust bowl refugees. I'm a dust bowl refugee, I'm a dust bowl refugee, And I wonder will I always Be a dust bowl refugee? MATT PAKINAS FOR LIFE”

“An inviting and warm place for kids! They always have a great variety of class offerings for children and sometimes even adults! I like the tutoring and homework clubs, but they have French and German classes as well as preschool and parent education! Such a great place to learn!”

“Adventist schools always offer a great education. This Adventist School appears to be under renovation. Make sure to check out meadow glade Adventist Church as well. People are slowly moving into the meadow glade area, as more farm land gets bought up by developers.”

“I would highly recommend Joyous melodies if you are looking for a very patient and caring teacher. She was flexible to our sons learning needs & very patient with his ADHD. She provides one on one piano lessons in a private setting in a relaxed loving home.”

“Our daughter has had a great experience with the school, the teachers and the community. She is in third grade now and has been attending since preschool. She is fluent in French and does very well academically in both languages. We only speak English at home, so I am able to see that she is reading well about grade level in English and she loves to read for pleasure in both languages. Our experience has been that when our daughter had a difficult time early on, the school worked with us to find the best solution for her and her happiness. Now, a few years later she is flourishing, happy and loves school. We also have very positive experiences with the parent community. They are very involved and there are many opportunities to socialize and get to know families from all over the world.”

“So, I love music and I've signed my kids up for several different music classes in the past only to be disappointed. Too often it seemed like the teacher only had a moderate grasp of musical concepts, they would color some music notes shake some egg shakers and sing a few songs and that was it. Then some piano teacher friends recommended "Let's Play Music" classes from Maura Brewer, and I reluctantly signed up. I was completely blown away. The class is set up with clear expectations and rules to keep things orderly and fun. It is designed to set kids up for success, nothing requires their attention span to be longer than a few minutes. And I haven't even started on the actual content! It is brilliant. Every song, every movement, every direction so deliberate and tied to high level music theory and music intuition. I'm learning things! Miss Maura is so patient, attentive, kind, and consistent. I really can't say enough.”

“Payam and his team are amazing as they are doing great job. They know how to work and practice with young kids and provide professional environment; also encourage them to start compose as early as possible. Besides, the recital is a great opportunity for kids to improve their self confidence when performing in public. We love this school and my son really like them. Besides my son, I am taking piano lessons too. Highly recommend Payam music for all kids and parents.”

“We had the best experience at Forest Drive Montessori and I would highly recommend it! Ms. Ayesha is a great teacher and a wonderful, caring and compassionate person. My 5 year old son grew leaps and bounds while attending Forest Drive. He had never attended day care so this was such a great "first" experience with school. Due to the smaller class size, my son was able to get more attention from the teachers and I feel it really made a difference. He really enjoyed the teachers and classmates. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience!”
