I had the engine serviced at another service center and was told everything checked out great in the tank. When I put it on the boat it failed to work. The other shop refused to help so I reached out to Roy's for help. They promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired the engine in time for my vacation. Jeremy saved vacation and may have also saved my marriage. The engine now runs new (one quick pull and it starts and operates smoothly and quietly), and the pricing was fair. “I've been visiting the Prop Shop for 14 years. They have rebuilt my lower unit twice, and they have reconditioned my various props several times. I have purchased new stainless & aluminum props as well as accessories from them. Great people. They do top quality work and they give excellent advice. I posted some before and after pictures of work completed this year. Note when they rebuild a skag they finish it primered. You put the black finish coats on. They are open until 4PM M-F. Until the governor's COVID-19 restrictions end you will do all interactions with them outside their shop. This is of October 30, 2020.”
