“Nick was our salesman. He walked us through each step in the process of creating our new custom mattress for our boat cabin. He had us trace out the shape of what we needed, and then he had us test several mattresses in the show room without telling us what we were feeling for, just asked us our impressions first and had us choose a favorite. Then he told us what he observed and why we liked those the best and what the mattresses were made of. He helped is tailor our mattress to our body types and sleep styles. It seemed very scientific and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He also promised lower prices than competitors in Seattle and we were surprised at how reasonable the price ended up being for the quality product we received. “We've purchased two core drills from BLUEROCK, plus all sizes of bits and a couple of extensions. Their products are fantastic; the stands really add stability and help the bits bite immediately, whether coring through asphalt or concrete, and no matter the temperature. They answer the phone, return calls, and get your orders out the door quickly. They also follow up on those orders right through delivery. They'll happily answer questions about their products, and you can save thousands versus their competition. Please consider the largest hole you will ever need to drill before purchasing. We didn't know the difference between them (and didn't ask) and purchased the smaller of the two, only to have to turn around and order a larger drill a year later. If you're not sure, get the largest one to begin with! You're still literally saving 3k versus the most popular brand on the market!! “This guy is legit. My back tire blew in lake Stevens and every where I called was 2-3 hour wait. I called this place 10 minutes before they closed and he said he got me. Stayed open until I could get there and had the job done in 20 minutes. I bought 2 used tires for my rear wheels for $150 and $20 to take my old tires, total $170. Other places I called wanted $350 for one. He does new or used tires, suspension, and brakes. Was super knowledgeable and helped me figure out a problem. I will be going here for my tire needs”

“7 years ago I moved to Kalama and started taking my vehicle and family vehicles here. Troy and Lee have always been friendly and honest. The mechanics do great work at fair pricing. It’s always been hard for me to trust a mechanic shop, but Kalama Auto Supply has truly been the only one. I usually don’t write reviews, but they have been so great to my family and I, I felt they deserve this review. The reason I trust them is because there have been a couple specific times I brought my vehicle in the past for issues, and they gave it back to me with a simple, quick and cheap fix. They had an opportunity to make up another reason that was wrong with my car that would have cost a lot more, but they are not looking to overcharge or nickel and dime. They just want to provide the right service and fix. That’s why they always keep busy. Honest work. A couple years ago I moved out of town to Vancouver, but I still bring my family vehicles here, even for basic oil changes because of the great service they provide. Thanks guys!”

“We found Rick and Candice's butsiness on Angie's List and were impressed by the great reviews they have received. Now that the job is finished, we'd like to add another rave. The firm deserves all the positive feedback. They were flexible in the scheduling phase to refinish our 28 year old oak floors. We were able to be gone during most of the six days the job took and we were completely satisfied with the outcome. In addition to the refinish in the in the main living area, Rick built a new white oak stairway to the second floor, and put another finish coat in an upstairs bedroom, which had received little use over the years and didn't need refinishing. Everything turned out beautifully. and we appreciated seeing Rick's enthusiasm and pride in his work. He clearly enjoys what he is doiing, and we are glad we chose him for this project. “I called this morning because we found a bold face hornet nest the size of a basketball! I'm allergic to hornets so they said they were going to get a technician out at the end of the day. Alexander was out around 5:30 pm and left at about 8 pm. The nest was built around a few branches and required being cut out. Alexander worked diligently and removed the nest then checked the property for any others. We have been Croach customers for years now and couldn't be happier with their technicians. “We LOVE our new home that the Renewal Remodel Team built for us! We had originally started as a remodel but realized we were going to need to tear down our home and rebuild a brand new home. We had met with Troy first for the remodel, and were so impressed by him we decided to go for it and have them build our new home. From design (Taryn) to onsite coordination (Glenn), and back to Troy and Owner, George- we were impressed with their attention to detail, great communication, and overall product. The entire process happened during the toughest construction time (COVID!) and they were amazing to work with through it all. Any issues that came up were quickly resolved and we always felt they had our best interest at heart. One thing we know, we have had many friends /family do a remodel or brand new build and end up not happy with their builders at the end of the project. Not Us! “If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! We had just put in a brand new tub. We had hired someone to do the sheetrock, mudding and taping. It was about 2 weeks before we actually noticed they damaged our brand new tub. We were not wanting to go through the expense of replacing the tub but had no idea who to contact. Luckily for us I happened to look through a piece of mail called 'TheHomeMag' where I saw an ad for Miracle Method. I checked out the website and thought if they're as good as the photos I'd be ecstatic. I submitted a request for a quote and got a call the very next day. Scheduled an appt for the quote and Ryan came and did his thing! Very polite, professional and we felt he was honest. Then we scheduled the actual repair for a couple weeks later. Miracle Method called the day ahead to confirm the appointment. The day of the appt. Trevor called to let us know when he would be arriving. He showed up on time and went straight to work. Let me tell you, if I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it! It looked beautiful!! However, Trevor said that a particle of dust got in the finish and he was going to come back the next morning to buff it out!!! We were thoroughly impressed with the work and Trevor!! I will be recommending Miracle Method to everyone I know!”
