We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces. The guys did an amazing job not only installing the shower but with all the caveats along the way. When we discovered that my house has an unusually thick concrete base, they were efficient, quick and even rented larger equipment to get the job done on time. When we ran into the strange plumbing from when my house was a hair salon, they worked to cap those lines off while making everything neat. They worked with the existing layout and it looks great. When they were done, not only do I have a shower that I love, but they made my bathroom far more functional!”
