“Cute neighborhood coffee shop in T-Town off N 21st Street. Street parking available. I visited a hair salon off the same street. During my wait time. I decided to walk around and noticed the coffee shop in the corner of a building. I decided to check it out to grab a hot drink as it was a cold day. First impression, it's a pretty good size. Nice furniture and minimalistic decor. There's a comfy sofa to relax on. The ambiance is nice and felt very comfortable. My visit here was year Jan 2020 pre-pandemic time. I ordered the chai tea $3.60 and almond croissant (don't recall the price). They both were delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the croissant (was a little hungry LOL!) Overall great first experience. I would return when back in/near location.”

“After getting several bids for new kitchen cabinets at local cabinet companies that were far beyond our budget we started researching ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets and found Walker Cabinetry Plus. I went to the showroom in Kent to see the cabinets in person and after comparing their product to another sample from an online company back East, we were sold on Walker. Glen and Christina were immensely helpful throughout every step of the process, including problem-solving some layout issues. They helped answer our many questions, offered creative solutions, and were patient with us figuring things out and making adjustments as we went. We opted to have them assemble the cabinets (well worth the nominal fee to us). We could not love our cabinets more and the customer service was above and beyond our expectations.”

“It’s the only place I park now. Also is one of the few places where you can park a mid size SUV and exit your car after parking without hitting the one next to you. Bays are good size - shuttles frequent and drivers very friendly. They have free water that can come in handy. Being very close to the terminal helps as well. Prices are best online and go up closer to the time. Book in advance over 4-6 weeks and the deals are much better.”

They have a good system setup and plenty of things for our daughter to interact with in a safe supervised way. Torrie and team give regular updates via app or thru text if preferred. It was so reassuring to see photos of our daughter playing happily and interacting with other children. We always felt we were listened to if we had any questions or concerns. The constant communication and warmth the center staff provides really does show as our daughter looks forward to spending the day there. That's coming from my perspective as a veteran who's been out for a minute and I'm just on base now that they let disabled veterans come on base to go to the Navy exchange! If you're an active duty sailor and you're on substance in kind and you have to eat there every day you might not like it. But for me when I come to visit the base it's like a special nostalgia to eat there! In fact I brought my boys down to watch the super bowl and they let us push tables together and plug in my boys laptops and stuff and it was a lot of fun!”
