It went so smoothly and they communicated with us so clearly before the event that we didn't even have to communicate with them at all during the wedding weekend, which helped us be more relaxed and enjoy our weekend that much more. Since over 100 of our guests flew in from out of state and didn't rent a car, we were most concerned about the logistics of them getting on the ferry and to/from the Bainbridge Island venue. Everyone was on time for the Friday night dinner and made it to their Sunday flights on time, thanks to Tour Bainbridge. During planning, the Tour Bainbridge team was very helpful and flexible with showing us the options for private transportation. Whenever we had changes to guest count, they were willing to adjust the services and charges up/down based on our needs. Highly recommend them to safely transport your guests for a wedding! It was such a positive experience!”

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I had never rented a 15’ U-Haul truck before, let alone driven anything other than a car. Whidbey Oil Sales was my rental truck drop off site and by the time I got there, I was a bundle of nerves having driven through blinding rain on the I-5 from Portland. As soon as I drove up, Sundown was up and out of the office to greet me with a big smile. He swiftly checked the truck in, was kind, re-assuring and very professional. Though the Uhaul website was down, he said he was not going to make me wait and said he would take care of everything and not to worry. He did, and my experience with a local business here on Whidbey Island was one of the best I have had. I am glad to be moving from Portland to Whidbey and if Sundown is any indication of the kindness of the people here, I am lucky to now be here. THANK YOU SUNDOWN! You made my first day here a great one! I only wish there were 2 of you so I could have rented the truck from you on the Portland side. Should I need heating oil, I know where I will go!”
