“We have placed 5 implants (2 traditional and 3 mini) for my dad with Dr. Caggiano and Dr. Razoumovich. They are awesome dentists, who are extremely professional. Dr. Caggiano told me he only missed 4 days of work in his 40 years career. That is truly amazing. Staff are very friendly. Thank you Kara for taking care of us! The environment is clean and tiny. Well managed. Their prices (both traditional and mini) are the best in town too (about $1k-2k cheaper than other clinics we visited). I highly recommend to everyone, as I have been talking with my family and friends. The only thing is that they no longer offer mini-implants after the retirement of Dr. Caggiano. I certainly hope it could be on the list in the future, as it may be better suited for tighter areas and require less recovery time for elder people. Right now, mini implants are very hard to get in the Seattle area. We only found Dr. Chen from Bellevue Wellness Dental, who practices it. But he is less confident than Dr. Caggiano to use them in the back teeth. Overall, we are happy about the service. We will surely come back in the future for any implants or dental surgery.”

He has been incredible - helping us to hang on to a 2002 Tacoma & a 2004 Sienna by advising, guiding, maintaining and repairing our cars as needed. “I was having back pain & the word that kept coming to my friends mind was Reflexology. So I listened to the word of knowledge she got & looked into it. I scrolled through a couple places but Serenity Sole Reflexology caught my eye. Gretchen called me and talked with me on the phone for 27 minutes between asking me how I heard about Reflexology and a few other questions. She even took the time to talk to me about what Reflexology is truly about. I was in awh. When I had my appointment, she took notes as to what I was looking for and then I let her goto work. I have struggled with being relaxed in the past with things, but not here...not this appointment. I told myself to relax and I allowed myself to trust her with what she was doing. She asked me a few questions based off of the beginning of what my feet looked like and just the beginning touches of it. And at the end she was able to tell me based off what she felt on my feet exactly some of the things I have been struggling with in my body. Spot on. By the end of the appointment, I was still awake, but I was so relaxed that I lifted my head but my body wouldn't move for a moment. It was amazing. I'm definitely coming back to see Gretchen and I will be recommending my friends. I look forward to many more sessions and understanding a little more about my body and allowing Gretchen to help me work through it. The atmosphere is peaceful, the music is soothing. Her voice is gentle and calm and her hands are soft. This appointment Blessed me.”

The staff at their office are nice and friendly as well, always willing to help and make sure you're taken care of. Dr. Heather and assistant came out to our lil farm, gotta love the house calls for the horses! Way easier than trailering them in! Both horses got their teeth floated and I swear, this time it was done correctly since I've owned her!! She normally drops grain when eating cuz she's a greedy lil thing with her grain, but this time after Dr. Heather's visit, she dropped minimal grain!!”

She was patient with all my followup questions, and also advised me of something to look out for that I hadn't noticed, without trying to pressure me to take care of it immediately.
