My son and I train together, and we are just a two of many examples of the excellent family atmosphere that Whole Armor provides. The physical aspects and practicality of the traditional Japanese Karate taught here is a perfect blend for self-defense, confidence building and self-discipline. The fact that this is a Christian school only serves to make our experience a better one as I am proud to use the curriculum here to reinforce the life lessons I am trying to instill in my 14 year old son. “I worked with Phil and Steve to try and find a memory care facility or possibly an adult family home for my mom who was in late stage Altzheimers disease. They were both so caring, empathetic, understanding and patient with us during the most difficult time for our family. Ultimately we were unable to move mom, but I never felt any frustration or impatience from them, only the utmost care and concern. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find a care facility or home for a loved one.”

“My journey with club Pilates and Bothell began in 2021. I tried many workouts, gym memberships, and never stuck with anything. I pretty much instantly fell in love with Pilates! I really borderline became addicted. The instructors are amazing. There’s a good variety of classes but here is why I really give it a five star review. January 26, 2022 I was in a bad snowmobile accident and broke my entire rib cage. My account was put on hold. Now normally you wouldn’t have your account put on hold for 11 months, but that is exactly what Paige did. Not only did she put my account on hold for my entire recovery, but also checked in with me every month to see how I was doing. So much compassion and care, when I returned after 11 months, I was nervous and very out of shape. I was welcomed with open arms and given tons of support Kari, Emily, and Nessa are all so wonderful. Kari gives me so much encouragement, even when I feel like I need to slow way down. I never feel pressured and it’s the type of place where you truly can work at your own pace. “What a wonderful surprise! The owner is from Jordon, not Greece, and it gives the place a little extra unexpected yum. Super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We split whichever dish has gyro meat and pressed flatbread. The hummus and whatever sauce they put on the side are incredible. Yogurt? Egg? Blue cheese? Spices. Not sure what is in it, but it tastes like a secret you can't leave alone. Fresh tomatoes, good lettuce Italian olives. Don't skip the baklava, one of the best I:be had in a while.”
