Had a sink issue upon moving in but was speedily repaired early the next day by awesome maintenance staff.”

Working with Dan to set to coordinate the move was a breeze as well. One strong suggestion though: initial communication between dispatch and Dan needs to be improved. We weren't sure we had a reservation until a few days before start. I suggest taking a small deposit to make the reservation official and assure the client the spot is locked in. I would use them again as in the end everything worked out.”
