As first-time buyers in an absurdly competitive market, making all our decisions remotely from Atlanta, we were knowingly entering a potentially nightmarish season. Thankfully, we had John and Catie. I’m hesitant reading rave reviews about anything, since some can come off hyperbolic or insincere, but I’m unabashedly writing one now, because John and Catie were a perfect fit for us. Tacoma lifers with proven success in a competitive market, as well as experience building and renovating, they had an answer to every question - and I ask too many questions. We felt completely at ease making decisions virtually with John’s transparent and direct approach. He struck the perfect balance of advising without pressuring and encouraging without sugar-coating. In the end, we passed on our first two considerations and closed on our first offer (in our preferred neighborhood, *and* with a full inspection), despite the highly competitive spring market. We’ve been settled a month now and are in love with our home and neighborhood. In a hectic season of life, John and Catie took the stress out of home buying. We really can’t recommend them enough.”

“Went here close to dusk in the rain, did not have much time to explore. In the time we had it was obvious that this is definitely worth a second look. We did not find the real parking lot, so parked off to the side of a one lane road. Parking could be an issue on a nice day. A plus is that this park is just down the road from Manchester State Park, if you don't find what you want here it's only 5 minutes to an alternative.”

“Hello, There is an old roommate of mine who is continuously harassing and stalking me by putting signs on your property in that little patch of grass at the entrance with false claims and profanity on them every few days. I’ve alerted the police already, but she continues to put more signs about every three days. My new roommates and I keep taking them down, but I thought you should be aware that she’s still doing it on your property so you should be informed of all the profanity constantly being put in front of the church. I would love to talk with you guys more and show you the pictures we’ve taken of them in front of your church if you would like. I’m going to go to the court house to get a no contact order as advised by Redmond PD and they advise I talk to you guys as well and see if you’ll report it as well. I’m not sure what else to do about it, but I have a little girl and roommates and we’re all getting very uncomfortable at this point. There was a gentleman (I’m sorry do not know your name) probably a manager I think. He recommended us to try herbal GI support. And only after just 4 days of using the drop I do not hear my cat coughing again! She has been doing great and I can not say how thankful I’m. Sir, thank you so much for the recommendation! Great customers service , and rather well with their prices compared to a neighboring red and yellow color schemed gas station where a can of butane that’s 4$ tops at Valero’s, is easily 2-3 times more expensive at the neighboring station. I only go to the neighbor when I’m cashing out buying scratch tickets or cigarettes”
