“Dr. Purdee and her team have taken excellent care of my dog Lydia and my cat Raisin, both for routine care and getting us in for emergencies. Everyone that I have encountered there are absolute super stars when it comes to understanding worried pet parents and handling them (me!) with the ultimate kindness. The level of medicine practiced by all the vets and technicians here is unparalleled and I can't recommend them highly enough! Don't be swayed by people who have difficulty with changed hospital ownership or complain about prices (isn't that always what a negative review is about?). I don't think the prices are any different than any other vet hospital in the area. They are always very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. What more could I ask for?”

“We updated our kitchen from previous owners, and where on a tight budget. We worked with quite a few companies locally in Tacoma area\sumner\puyallup area. We were concerned of some the negative reviews but decided what we saw, heard, and understanding of the material was very well thought out and we decided to proceed. We were able to go check out there facility, and I thought there c&c machines were more the adequate to do the job. They were not pushy and just offered some good solutions for our budget. Andre, leo and Lisa were great folks and caring from the start. For us the treatment was very good. S The Demo’d the pony wall, and removed the tile.inserted new fixtures. Wow, it exceeded expectations. Trust these folks, listen to them and leverage their skill set. You will be happy. Seems we’re nicely done, one piece island (heavy, but worth it) backsplash was great (happy leo suggested for us to go a little taller).. Will use them again, definitely. That’s folks”

“I saw Dr Bear in Gig Harbor and I was very pleased. I had my knee replacement done by another doctor in December 2017 and I’ve lots of pain. I was pooh-poohed by my ortho doctor who finally retired and I saw Dr Bear. He believed me and sent me for a two phase nuclear bone scan and turns out the bottom part of my knee replacement is loose. He listens and is the most compassionate, kindest MD and I’ve recommended him to others. Great doctor!!”

“Jordan was Master of Ceremonies for my August wedding at Crystal Mountain Resort. He NAILED IT! We have been to many of our friends' weddings recently so were keenly aware of important the DJ is! We were so lucky to meet Jordan at the Big Seattle Wedding Show. Here are some of our favorite things that Jordan did to take our wedding to the level of a five-star event: - He played elegant dinner music that elevated the vibe of our reception dining room. It felt like we were in another world. - He played our grand entrance songs and signature dance songs with perfect timing. He has an excellent speaking voice with natural hype that got everyone excited during our grand entrance. - Jordan packed the dance floor at the start of our dance party by mixing oldies with modern beats so that guests of all ages wanted to start dancing. - As the dance party went on and some of our older relatives left to get some sleep, I was so impressed with his DJ skills. His sounds were better than most clubs that we go to with our friends (for anyone who loves Monkey Loft in Seattle, it was like on par with that amazing vibe). We like to go to festivals like ABGT and EDC and our friends's faces said it all. They were so focused on dancing and just having an awesome time. We would book Jordan again for literally any event. “The Villa B&B checked all the boxes for us on our recent four-night stay. The historic property and grounds are beautiful and located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Our room (the Verona) was terrific-spacious, clean, and very comfortable. But the crowning jewels of The Villa are the outstanding hosts, Toni & Martin. They were very welcoming and so knowledgeable about things to do, places to eat, etc. Toni is an AMAZING chef--her breakfast offerings were delicious, filling and beautifully presented! We truly felt like we were staying with friends. We will be returning to The Villa the next time we come to Tacoma.”

“I didn’t think it was going to be possible, but I gave birth to my son at home in peace. After 2 rough (to say the least) hospital births, I was dreading having my third baby the same way. At 20 weeks pregnant I decided to make the switch to Natural Beginnings Midwifery. They took me on no problem, working with my insurance, even though my iron levels were so low when I started with them that I wasn’t sure if I would even be able to have the birth I was hoping for. They put me on a natural iron and herb supplement and within a couple weeks I was doing much better. I always felt relaxed and comfortable during every visit I had with Marie, Melissa, and Chelsea. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy or judgmental. Even though I was nervous about having my first home birth, my prenatal visits with them made me feel more confident and relaxed. When my labor started, they made it to my home quickly and immediately began preparations. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time they were in my home. During the birth I was able to do things as I felt right and they allowed it to be a family experience, only stepping in when it was necessary. I had a water birth in my room with my family surrounding me and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I will remember the experience for the rest of my life and I’m thankful that I had such a great midwife team in the process. A few days after I had my baby I did have to stay in the hospital with him to treat his jaundice. They continued to offer support and check up on us, answering any questions that I had. For prenatal care, birth, and postpartum I 100% recommend this midwife team to anyone looking to do things the natural way.”
